Cancellation Policy
A 36 hour notice of cancellation is required — if cancellation of your appointment is less than this time frame, you acknowledge your card on file will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service scheduled. I understand unforeseen life circumstances happen, so in this event please reach out to me.
(Cancelling or rescheduling less than 36 hours before your appointment, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled and appointment for the same time).

If you have rescheduled more than two consecutive appointments, you will no longer be able to book services with me.

No-Shows
No-showing for your appointment scheduled will result in 100% of the value of your appointment scheduled be charged to the card on file. You agree that if you no-show an appointment, you forfeit the the chance to book with me in the future.

Arrival Time
Your time is important to me! To ensure I'm on time for all guests, I am unable to complete appointments that begin 15 minutes or more past the scheduled time.
Please let me know ASAP if you are going to be late.
I make a conscious effort to stay on schedule with each guest, therefore arriving past the scheduled time will be honored at my discretion.

Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are experiencing challenges with your color, cut or extensions, I will be happy to adjust it for you at no cost within 7 days notice of your original appointment.
Please make sure you are following all at-home care recommendations to be eligible for complimentary adjustments.
